At present, Nhu-Hoa is working as a coordinator at the Testing and Educational Quality Assurance Department of the College of Technology, Danang University, Vietnam. She received her master degree in LIS from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand in 2006. Her research interests are focus on Information Literacy, ITC, Information Organization, Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL), Assessment in Higher Education, Educational Quality Audit and Quality Control.
